Ennovate DES designs and manufactures chemical reactors and reaction vessels for API, bulk drug, resin, polymer and other process applications. Existing configurations include jacketed, limpet-coiled and internal-coil reactors in stainless steels and other alloys, with capacities up to 50 KL.
Reactor selection depends on the process duty, material compatibility, heat-transfer requirement, agitation, operating conditions and cleaning requirements. Ennovate DES combines vessel fabrication with agitator and heat-transfer considerations for process-specific reactor systems.
The existing Ennovate DES reactor specification references ASME Section VIII Division 1, DIN and PED design practices, cGMP-oriented design, raw-material testing, energy-efficient agitation and attention to heat transfer, balance, run-out, concentricity and corrosion protection.
